CS Mukesh Pamnani has been a qualified Company Secretary since 2013. He is a Commerce and a Law Graduate and a fellow member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and having rich professional experience in the field of Project Planning of Manufacturing Units, its Financial Parameters, Government Subsidies and Company Secretarial practice.
 
As a veteran in the field of Arranging the Government Subsidies to industries, CS Mukesh Pamnani started his career as a Practicing Company Secretary for various Large Manufacturing Units, Listed entities & MNCs. He has worked closely with all the clients in the areas of Financial Management and arranging incentives specifically for new as well as expansion project execution. He has extensively worked with domestic and international clients having investment in India working as an expert advisor solving key challenges for organisations for their project eligibility under different Incentive schemes offered by the States- UTs & Central Government.
 
He keeps himself abreast of the latest financial products offered by the lenders, Government Incentive Policies and provide proper guidance so that our clients can make smart and timely decisions to get expected results.

His academic achievements include ranks in HSC exams, ICSI exams. He was awarded with the Corporate Governance Excellence Award from the ICSI president in 2012 for his extra ordinary performance in Corporate Governance Subjects. He regularly speaks & writes for ICSI, ICAI, BOB Staff College, Income Tax Bar Association and other renowned professional institutes, forums, seminars & webinars on his practice area subjects.

He is also member & Ex Treasure of Sindhi Professional Society,    Income Tax Bar Association, Ahmedabad,    Business Network International, Ahmedabad.
