CS Riddhi Pamnani, Wife of CS Mukesh Pamnani is a fellow member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, a Commerce and Law Graduate.

She is the founder of M/s. Riddhi Khaneja & Associates, Practising Company Secretaries based at Ahmedabad. She has more than 10 years of experience in the areas of Corporate Secretarial and Legal matters and has been mentoring corporate as well as professionals with her wide experience, knowledge and professional acumen. Prior to esatablish her own firm, she worked as Company Secretary of a listed company belonging to a big group of Edible Oil companies and independently handled secretarial and compliance related work for the whole group comprising of a number of Listed Company, Private Companies & LLPs having investment & business operations in India & Abroad.

She has gained substantial knowledge and experience in Secretarial Audit and due diligence reports, liaison with Stock Exchanges, ensuring compliance of listed companies and has handled variety of assignments including relisting of shares, scheme of arrangements, variety of equity issues etc.
