EPF Reimbursement

New as well as Existing Enterprise (Both MSMEs & Large) carries expansion / diversification shall be able to claim reimbursement of Employer's Contribution under EPF made by them for NEW employees working in Gujarat for 10 years.

Reimbursement shall be made subject to following criteria:
a. 100% of employer's statutory contribution under EPF amount paid, and
b. The ceiling of incentive amount per employee will be 12% of the employee's basic salary plus applicable Dearness Allowance and retaining allowance or INR 1800 per month, whichever is lower.
